So when I saw the new Niv, I immediately knew I wanted to try him out. My previous izzet deck was a locust God so there was a good framework, but Niv is definitely interested in doing things fairly differently. Isochron Scepter plus Dramatic Reversal with any 2 mana rocks on the field after getting the commander to the field is game. Obvious includes feature Ophidian Eye and Curiosity. This is definitely a new build for me and, while I like it, I'm very open to suggestions. Please explain why you are recommending any cards. Thanks for the feedback guys!
