Basic idea: Elf-ball out, play a discard spell to generate tokens (while disrupting hands in the process) and then Craterhoof or Ezuri trample-combat damage win. Back up plan is big mana then cast Torment of Hailfire or Exsanguinate to wipe the table.

Additionally, my playgroup doesn't mind Rofellos in the 99, and Channel is used with a gentlemen's agreement to not combine it with either X spell (ToH or Exsanguinate).
