This deck uses extort, general lifesteal cards , cheap spells, recursion and a bit of sac to make everyone else lose life and gain you life. Athreos pilots the deck, but Ravos is also a viable option.

I wanted to make an EDH deck around the ability Extort, but then I realized that there were only 13 cards with Extort, so I decided to make a lifesteal deck with all the extort cards.
