Yargle, Glutton of Urborg is one of my favorite new legendary creatures from Dominaria. He's a vanilla 9/3! For 5 mana! And here I thought Power 9 was banned in Commander :-P

I decided a voltron-style deck would be best, and went from there. I favor artifacts over enchantments for this deck, as I can get more value out of equipment than I would an enchantment if the creature it's attached to dies. Blackblade Reforged or Strata Scythe + Sword of the Animist make for a fun combo, buffing and ramping at the same time. Slap Fireshrieker on Yargle and watch as life totals plummet. Evasion is rather light in this current build, but I plan to bolster it as I playtest.
