Casual Draw-Land-Go Azorius artefact shenanigans. What I hate about Azorius is that it has lots of ways of not losing, but no real ways of winning outside of tiny slices of damage over time. Adding artefacts into the mix allows us to make those tiny slices of damage properly filling slices of damage.

59 of the 65 nonland cards in this deck can be played at instant speed with Raff out. The deck also packs an alternate win condition and a way to go infinite for the fun of it. Mainly we'll be winning by killing foes with combat damage.

I wanted to build this one on a pretty strict budget of $75, so as much as I want to include staples like Blightsteel Colossus, Wurmcoil Engine, Sol Ring - hell, even Command Tower, those cards didn't fit within my budget so I went without them. Always up to hear some suggestions :)
