We are primarily building around the creature portion of the commander, however, we can do some pretty sweet things with the backside as well! Found out that Extus works very well with the adventure cards from Eldraine! Its also worth noting, cards like Tormenting Voice and Thrill of Possibility let us discard a creature as the cost, then when the spell resolves, we get a magecraft trigger to return what we discarded and also draw some card with virtually no cost! Song of the Worldsoul is very cheeky if we have the blood avatar token out, making many copies of the token! Reverberate is also a good way to copy the spell as it is being cast too! Dualcaster Mage is great for this too!
