This is a dimir mill deck that I made as my first combo based deck and have slowly upgraded it as time has gone on. The main strategy is to mill the opponent through a variety of means of course using phenax for creature mill is one of the options but there are a couple other combos that can mill out the opposition along with just some general value cards to assist with this.
