"Dragons are the perfect marriage of power, and the will to use it" - Sarkhan Vol

Quality > Quantity

This deck is based around the simple concept of (quality > quantity), focusing on casting one of the most ancient, powerful creatures in magic... dragons. However, dragons take a lot to cast (and for good reason, too). While dragons are undoubtedly strong creatures, casting them can be a very slow process, given the high cost that they require.

Rakdos and Dragons

To combat this... Rakdos, Lord of Riots acts as the bridge between a dragon in your hand, and the battlefield. With a near perfect mana curve, ramp, and ping, this deck thrives on getting Rakdos out of the command zone, swinging with your 6/6 flying (and trample) commander... Suddenly, a dragon that costs 8 mana now costs 2.

Note: For a much cheaper deck that doesn't lose functionality, Imperium (Cheaper)
