Worms of the Earth

Enchantment

Players can't play lands.

If a land would come into play, instead it doesn't.

At the beginning of each upkeep, any player may sacrifice two lands or pay 5 life. If a player does either, destroy Worms of the Earth.

Cards To Cut:
Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts or No Mercy. Your choice, you only need one.
Necromancer's Covenant - Cost is too high and is too situational. Will sit in your hand for some time before it can be useful. Also Agent of Erebos negates this card.
Shielded by Faith - Put in Gift of Immortality if you're really worried about losing Daxos or another creature.
Dictate of Heliod & Intangible Virtue - I see what you're trying to do with this, however in the long run, it barely helps.
Archangel of Tithes - You already have enough protection with enchantments. You seriously don't need many creatures.
Heliod, God of the Sun - Daxos the Returned's ability is better for you. And you would rather pay Daxos' ability instead.
Monastery Mentor & Ajani's Chosen- Wasted slots. You don't need the tokens that badly and the Mentor is not going to get super big.
Ajani, Caller of the Pride - 100% Not Needed. You have him there for finisher. Honestly better ways, and can be found as Enchantments.
Elspeth, Knight-Errant - I have never seen Elspeth popped ever. Not once and I see her very very often. Token doesn't help much and the other +1 is used as a finisher. As I said with Ajani, you can find better finishers with Enchantments.
Elspeth, Sun's Champion - Tokens. You don't need much. That is what Daxos is for. -3? No no no. Think about Opalescence and Starfield of Nyx. Bye bye quite a few enchantments.
Liliana Vess - Tbh, I would rather you run the 3 black tutors instead. Vampiric Tutor, Demonic Tutor, and Diabolic Tutor will create more consistency as well as make sure you are getting the right answers. Two of which you already have in the deck. Or do you want to pop her? You have Grave Betrayal. This one is too slow and unreliable.
Sorin, Lord of Innistrad - Wasted slot. Reasons have already been said above.
Sorin, Solemn Visitor - Same as other Sorin.
Weathered Wayfarer - Replace this with Liliana of the Dark Realms. You already have Land Tax for the plains. And once you read about suggested cards, this will help you out even more. Plus, -3 to become a finisher or a killer for an indestructible creature.
Diabolic Revelation - Far too expensive for what it's worth and you want to save as much mana as possible for other situations.
Deadly Tempest, End Hostilities, Planar Outburst, and Tragic Arrogance - For the same reason as Elspeth, Sun's Champion: Think about your enchantments while running Opalescence and Starfield of Nyx. Also, the destroy your commander (heavily required) as well as all the other essential creatures you have, which as far as I can see you have only two recovery options for: Faith's Reward & Whip of Erebos.
Identity Crisis - While this is a really cool card, Agent of Erebos usually will have this field covered. However, if you are usually playing against one person, maybe you should keep this card. Otherwise, in a pod or tournament play, it works once and then is gone forever.
Alhammarret's Archive - While this seems good on paper, it doesn't work out often. Keep it if you insist, but I believe it will stick on the field doing nothing for much of the game. 5 colorless down the drain.
Whip of Erebos & Pull from Eternity - Now I would not cut this unless it is one of the last cards you need to cut. Seeing as it is an enchantment and it gives you "some" life gain, it's ability doesn't help you much. Although, this is probably why you are running Pull from Eternity, correct? Please tell me if I am wrong. While the combo isn't too horrible, I still believe both should be cut.
Grave Betrayal - Awesome card. However, with your limited ability to actually kill creatures, that being nigh nonexistent, it doesn't seem to help you much. Just another card that sticks in your hand, not doing much. Plus let's say if a big baddie does die, you could have Agent of Erebos out and then activate Daxos the Returned's ability to get rid of it forever.
Helm of the Gods - Replace with Ethereal Armor.

Cards to Put In:
Venser's Journal - With how much life you lose, as well as card draw, this only ever helps you. Plus Sanguine Bond, Venser's Journal, Necropotence, and set aside 20 life. Next upkeep, they lose 20, you gain twenty+whatever else was left in your hand.
Library of Leng - Or something else that makes it to where you discard, it goes somewhere else. Hint: People love to Windfall when you have a Necropotence out. Or some other variation.
Enlightened Tutor - Literally the best turn one play ever for this kind of deck.
Wound Reflection - Beautiful in this deck. Finisher and replaces a lot of your doublestrike and other like cards.
Skybind - Confused? Picture this. You have 12 open mana. Use Daxos' ability 3 times. Exile three creatures that could block you for the winning kill. Someone has Blightsteel Colossus out or some Eldrazi, or just super huge threat. Leave 4 mana open on during opponent's turns and activate Daxos, exile it before it can hurt you. This card requires finesse, and trust me, it's beautiful when it works.
Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth - Replace a Swamp with this. Seriously helps you out more than everyone else.
Cabal Coffers - Another swamp to replace. This with Urborg equals all the mana. These two cards are required in almost every black deck.
Vedalken Orrery - Just an idea. I think the best way to play this kind of deck is almost like a blue player and play on the ends of people's turns, right before yours, untap, play lands, ramp (if possible), and then possibly swing. This is a sit back and watch deck imho. This will help with that.
Illusionist's Bracers and/or Rings of Brighthearth - Activate it on Daxos the Returned for a BOGO half off deal.
Strionic Resonator - SO. MANY. WHEN'S/AT'S/&/WHENEVER'S. Do it. Do it NAOW... if you want.
Seal of the Guildpact - Personally, I like things being cheaper. This also equates to your commander if he were to die and cost "more".
Enduring Renewal - Enchantment? Check. Recovery? Check. Awesome card that doesn't get enough play? Check. This or Phyrexian Reclamation. I personally like the first one.
Debt to the Deathless - Backup I win card. Just get 24 mana and you're set (if they are at full life). Easy enough with the cards I recommended. 14 mana (1 person) with Sanguine Bond. 12 mana for 2 people w/ Sanguine out. 9 mana for 3. 8 mana for 4 people. And that's from full health. Think about it.
Sensei's Divining Top - Shaping your draw is always good. Especially with having cards that shuffle in your deck.
Command Tower - Just as much as a staple as Sol Ring
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx - This may benefit you. Enchantments have a tendency to stick so the more of one color you get out, the more ramp you get.
Sun Titan - Depending on how quickly your play group / tournament opponents get rid of your stuff, I recommend running this guy ONLY IF you reduce your deck's average CMC.
Leyline of the Void - Remember me talking about Agent of Erebos so much? Well this card would be the redundancy consistency to keep decks like Meren of Clan Nel Toth at bay.
Unquestioned Authority - Great for swinging. And the next thing.
Phyresis - Another win condition. Vedalken Orrery, swing with a 11/11 White and Black Spirit Enchantment Creature Token, after blockers are declared (Unquestioned Authority), before combat damage has been dealt, cast Phyresis onto it for the win.

And simply if you want to be a dick:
Nettlevine Blight and Worms of the Earth are great. Especially with how much recovery you have.

And Lastly:
Golden Wish - Now. Talk about your play group and tournament officials before running this and a Wish Sideboard. If they are cool with it, I completely think wishes are amazing. Get an extra 15 of your best enchantments and add them into the Wish Sideboard, and yes, Wish Sideboards can contain the same cards within your deck, however only one of each card can be in the sideboard just like EDH decks.
