deakmana on Yuriko Ninja, Go Ninja, GO!

Hey, I appreciate the list being updated frequently. I have a bunch of questions as I'm in the early stages of brewing testing a Yuriko list, and I apologize in advance for the bombardment.
Is there a reason you're not running Underground River over City of Brass?
Why run Ash Barrens?
Why no Mox Diamond?
Has scheming symmetry been worth the downside?
What's been your worst matchups?
What cards are closest on the chopping block for you?

Thoughts on adds: I've been running Dystopia in my list and its been fantastic so far. Always manages to hit folks on Tymna/Thrasios or just mana dorks which is most decks and keeps blockers off for very little investment. It also hits Carpet of Flowers, Smothering Tithe, etc which is p Also I think Street Wraith deserves a slot. It raises the average CMC while still being a 0 mana draw.

Clockwork Swordfish

Funny that you mention Dystopia and Mire in Misery considering that right now i'm fighing Karametra with Aura Shards ^^ Both very interesting cards. Thank you for mentioning them.

And in regards for Pox and Death Cloud , you're right, they pose too much of a threat to my own life depending on where we are in a game, especially if the game ends up running long. It's a shame, considering the extra benefits, they could eventually find a place in the deck.

This might be too specific for your tastes, but I find that playing green is so desirable in EDH that Dystopia is always useful. Paying a few life is a pittance compared to blowing up a couple permanents, especially because it also has the capability to take out enchantments. Speaking of, you might appreciate that fancy new Mire in Misery - it's especially effective just after you wiped the board of all creatures.

On the stax side of things, I notice you went for Smallpox but not Pox or Death Cloud . Too dangerous?

First thing I noticed is Deathgrip which is awesome. You could probably go more in this direction with some tutors to match your opponents colors. You might like Phyrexian Crusader, Gloom and/or Dystopia.

Cards I have been experimenting with so far have been Dead Man's Chest, Alpha Authority, Equilibrium, Energy Field, Hostage Taker, Tortured Existence, Infernal Darkness, Kederekt Leviathan, Dystopia, Mind Harness and Dystopia. Granted I love to play control based decks with lots of enchantments so I am a little biased.

Winterblast on Cards that Hate on Specific ...

Gloom is certainly one of the meanest cards in black, next to Dystopia. The only problem with colour hate is that you either need to be sure that at least one opponent will always play that colour, or that colour poses a very big threat to your overall strategy. In my green aggro deck and in my gitrog monster I play Choke because I have a bad time against too many counterspells and all that gain control of something crap. I wouldn't need anything against red or white there because it's not that bad for me to justify a slot for colour hate.

Is it weird that I view Dystopia and Boil as color hate but not Pyro- or Red Blast?
