Staff of domination + Viridian Joiner/Marwyn/Gyre sage/Crystalline Crawler(if they tap for 5 or more) = infinite life, card draw, untapping of creatures, tapping down of blockers.

Either beat down each opponent with creatures, or draw until you find Jarad and sacrifice. This might require Crystalline Crawler for black mana.

For more casual games i switch the Exquisite Blood for a Venser's Journal
