How the combo works: So you basically need need one of the sarkhan planswalkers and you have to uptick him. Now you have a planswalker with loyalty abilities and loyalty counters. You have to mutate on top of those creatures/planswalkers, so they will become a creature with loyalty abilities and loyalty counters. Important is that you have two of those weird creatures and at least one of them has a "finisher" ultimate. Now you can pull the combo off. You get the Ozolith out and get one of your creatures planswalkers to leave the battlefield, so the remaining loyalty counters are put on the Ozolith. At the beginning of your next combat you move those counters on the other creature/planswalker and in your second main face ultimate it.

How to get to the combo: In order to pull the combo off you need a lot of things, that's why we have sisay as the commander so we can pull the right things out of our deck. But you also need to get a mutate card in your hand, with cards like eladamri's call.

How to protect your stuff: There is of course avacyn, Angel of hope who gives all your creatures indestructible, you can play shalai too, so your creatures gain hexproof.

Important: Remember you have sisay available all the time and you don't only have to pull out your combo pieces with her. The cards mentioned in "how to protect your stuff" you can pull out Zoo, because they're legendary. If you can't pull your combo of yet and you downtick one of your creature/planswalkers, they won't die if they have zero loyalty, because they're a creatures with power and thoughness
