I always get teased for putting "not enough" lands in my decks, so I have created a deck with as few lands as possible. With 6 mana producing lands and 4 fetches, the game plan is to ramp with Radha, Heir to Keld, then Wheel of Fortune or Gamble for Thrumming Stone and win with a rippling Dragon's Approach. Through playtesting with no opponents this deck averages a turn 6 win. There are a few opening hands that win the game, for example: Taiga, Simian Spirit Guide, Elvish Spirit Guide, Mass Hysteria, Infernal Plunge, Jeska's Will, Thrumming Stone and Dragon's Approach.
