This is a (somewhat budgeteish) Counter-Control-Deck capable of controlling the table long enough to draw into a combo to finish off the table in one fell strike.

One thing that may meet the eye is the complete lack of protection for Dralnu sans the obvious countermagic. If an opponent tries to kill him with damage we have a mean trick up our sleeve; Give HIM (or her) control of Mr. Lich Lord and cringe in evil laughter watching them sacrifice their board

Combos include (and are limeted to)

Mind Over Matter + Arcanis the Omnipotent for drawing your deck and then discarding your hand tap and untapping your mana and generating a giant Exsanguinate

Being able to untap with Dralnu and having a Demonic Tutor in our hand we can generate maaaaaany turns to hopefully gain the edge.

The rest of the deck is Counterspells, Theft, Bounce and Card Drawing like crazy.

Leave (Budget) Suggestions if you want

My playgroup leaves out fast mana like sol ring and mana crypt because games tend to take significantly shorter and aren't as complex as without those.
