A Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain commander deck, riding the line between combo and fair deck. Jhoira makes most of the spells cantrip, including the mana rocks, so a couple cost reducers allow you to play a large number of spells per turn. This design space ended up including a decent number of combo pieces as value cards, so I completed the combos as an alternate win condition. There aren't a lot of ways to tutor for the combos, so the deck will have to play a go-wide artifact strategy most games with combos as things to draw into.

Combos

Krark-Clan Ironworks + Myr Battlesphere + Nim Deathmantle - The Ironworks can eat one myr and battlesphere to make (4). That can pay for Deathmantle's trigger, netting you 3 Myr. Repeat indefinitely. Add Purphoros, God of the Forge for instant victory.

Grand Architect + Pili-Pala - Make Pili-Pala blue for (U). Tap it to make (2). Use the (2) to untap and make a mana. Repeat for infinite mana. Purphoros, God of the Forge , Jaya's Immolating Inferno , the Animation Module + Decoction Module + Fabrication Module engine, and Steel Hellkite can all put infinite mana to use. (And you can cast all historic spells, tearing through your deck until your hand is all lands)

Efficient Construction + Haze of Rage + Paradoxical Outcome - Cheap cantripping artifacts, especially combined with cost reducers, lets you amass a high storm count and thopters. From there you Paradoxical Outcome back to repeat and storm to make your thopters lethal.

Krark-Clan Ironworks + Myr Retriever + Scrap Trawler - Sacrificing Myr Retriever gets you back an artifact and an artifact with cost 1 or 0. Then sacrificing Scrap Trawler gets Myr Retriever back. The total cost of the three artifacts is 6 or 5, so this can be looped to draw as many cards as needed. Purphoros, God of the Forge bumps this one up to a quick kill.
