Combos

Heartless Hidetsugu+Angrath's Marauders/Obosh, the Preypiercer/Bitter Feud/Gratuitous Violence/Dictate of the Twin Gods/Anthem of Rakdos=Kill all opponents with any of the cards besides Bitter Feud. For Angrath's Marauders, Gratuitous Violence, Anthem of Rakdos, or Dictate of the Twin Gods you need to have an odd life total to survive.

Sorceress Queen+Soul Collector=Gain control of creature blocking, being blocked by, or fighting Soul Collector.

Vial Smasher the Fierce and Nekusar, the Mindrazer become the most annoying cards with a few damage doubling cards.

If you want to put in a Doomsday, the stack I would use is, from top to bottom, Mental Note, any card you want, Laboratory Maniac, Gitaxian Probe, Unearth. Play Mental Note to place the card you chose and LabMan into your graveyard, then draw Gitaxian Probe. Play Gitaxian Probe to draw Unearth, then return LabMan from your graveyard to the battlefield with Unearth. Finally, draw a card and you win.
