The vast majority of the instants and sorceries in the deck will draw you cards which in turn will cause lots of damage as long as Mizzety is out. Only have 2 forms of protection for him at the moment. Those are Diplomatic Immunity and Riptide Laboratory

The reason Mana Severance is in here is if you’re not playing against white or red which are the only colors that have mass land destruction as far as I know. Use Severance to remove all unnecessary land from your deck so all you draw into are your spells.
