Sideboard

Maybeboard

A deck to scare people out of wanting to learn magic.

Edits Needed: cutdown sideboard, confirm which split cards to keep in.

Rulings

Aftermath should be used as discard fodder for jump-start, as they can be still be used as intended. Copied cards only copy the side that was cast, including if both sides were cast. Monocolor and three colour split cards have been removed for the most part, but make sure you can cast what you're trying to cast - unfortunately, those were the most interesting ones.
Split cards are considered to have the total sum of the costs of both sides of the card in all places except when being cast (except fuse splits). This means that, when cast, some become single color (can't target commander) or two colour. Additionally, while in the graveyard and hand, some are technically three colour (meaning Niv cannot target them, requiring other ways of reusuing them).

If you're casting a split card with fuse from any zone other than your hand, you can't cast both halves. You'll only be able to cast one half or the other.

When a fused split spell resolves, follow the instructions of the left half first, then the instructions on the right half.

If you cast a split card with fuse from your hand without paying its mana cost, you can choose to use its fuse ability and cast both halves without paying their mana costs.

Gets only a -1 while fused from a source that reduces cost of instant/sorcery by 1, not -1 per side of the fuse
