Much like real life, my creatures aren't a big threat during the day (when they are alive). The real horror is the abominations that come out during the night (when they are dead). Blue-covered horrors will fill your dreams and the more you fear (get milled) the worse this nightmare becomes.

This used to be a zombie-heavy deck as it was the most linear way to build The Scarab God but I opted to do something a bit more fun/janky.

The goal of this deck is to mill my opponents to use their own creatures against them. Since I'm trying to make this deck a little versatile, I've included a bit of a self-mill strategy too by adding creatures that like being brought back.

If there's opponents that don't really rely on creatures, then I'll just make due with my own.

Known Combos/Interactions:

Rooftop Storm makes everything you own zombies, removing the reliance of eternals for the Scarab God.

Arcane Adaptation + Havengul Lich + Rooftop Storm Cast any creature from your graveyard for 1 mana.

Dreadhorde Invasion + Skullclamp For 1 mana-Lose 1 life and draw 2 cards each turn.

The Haunt of Hightower + Trepanation Blade Double buff and mill opponents for the Scarab God.

Take this deck down by 40 cards and have fun with an equally devilish Ashiok, Dream Render Oathbreaker deck.
