This deck is actually a Balthor the Defiled zombie tribal list, with Lazav, the Multifarious as the commander to allow for access to the tools of blue. Lazav can easily become Balthor with copious amounts of mill, windfall effects and a Training Grounds for essentially the same mana cost.
