A slightly uptuned precon.

Not so much a voltron deck as a +1/+1 for the commander only.

I wanted to make certain that whenever I pull the Isochron Scepter I have something to put in it, so almost entirely 2 CMC instants to mess with.

Enrage OR Unleash Fury + Trailblazer's Boots OR Whispersilk Cloak (has to be done before combat because of shroud) OR Infiltrator's Magemark + Kalamax, the Stormsire = Commander damage win from nowhere (especially if you have a few copy effect up your sleeve).
