Isperia is a Peeping Tom. She saw what you did there, and she's calling all her friends to tell them.

This my oldest still-running Commander deck and still one of my favorites. So-called "Flying Tribal" among my group, it aims at really supporting its General, and using her in turn. With the ability to tutor a impressive number of flyers for any situation, cards like Peek, Telepathy and Spy Network make sure you know what's in your opponents' hands. Barring that, a little bit of bouncing helps as long as you can keep track of what you've just returned to a foe's hand. Once Isperia gets buffed with enchantments and starts recruiting backup fliers, the sky's the limit!

Fun stuff of note:

• Ensnare + Sunblast Angel or Aboshan, Cephalid Emperor + Sunblast Angel m if timed correctly, clears everything but your critters from the field. Also fun if you happen to have Palliation Accord on the battlefield.

• Drift of Phantasms alone can give an extra tutor. Transmute into Duelist's Heritage and to be able to trigger Isperia's effect twice - even if you don't know what's in your opponent's hand on the first hit, they are forced to reveal and you're guaranteed a tutor on the 2nd. Darksteel Plate or Steel of the Godhead can pump Isperia. Grab Propaganda or Ghostly Prison to slow things down for your opponents, or Ghostway to save lives and retrigger ETB effects. Basically if its CMC is 3, the Phantasms can grab it.

Part of the reason the deck has had the longevity it does is combination of quirkiness, fun and constant tweaking to find new ways to keep it fresh. I'm always open to suggestions, and any feedback is appreciated!
