Want to build a superhuman civilization but in MTG well this might be for you.

Honestly, I suck at deck building lol but here is my best shot at it with a budget of roughly $300.

Essentially what I wanted to do with this deck is get my commander, Kyler, Sigardian Emissary, out and then buff it with humans, tokens and other +1/+1 counters like, Shalai, Voice of Plenty, Visions of Glory, or Call the Coppercoats to make everyone a big strong happy family of roided up humans.

I know it's not perfect and has lots of room for improvement so and advice would be greatly appreciated since I am well aware of my lack of deck building capabilities...
