Idea of the deck is simple: ramp as much as you can and counter relevant stuff, bounce all the rest. Commander ability allows you to get lots of advantage and to threaten counter spell. Deck has lots of stifle effects to be able to play against Thassa's oracle) Additionally lots of ramp and counter are permanent based, so you can reuse them after mass bounce ^_^
