Took draconic dissent precon and turned it into more of a tribal while keeping the goad theme. The idea of the deck is to get out a large army of dragons while forcing your opponents to either be unable to attack you or forced to attack others. Cards like Propaganda and Dissipation Field make it harder for your opponents to attack you when they are not affected by goad. While having counterspell cards give you some protection from removal and annoying creatures that may put a hamper in your plans.

Cards like Sarkhan the Masterless and Dragon Tempest synergize well with playing and having many dragons out on the field, being able to deal damage to creatures attacking you and dealing damage to any target when you cast a dragon. This deck generally gets decent card draw from the commander Firkraag, Cunning Instigator but has a few other ways to draw cards if you are unable to get your commander going, ex. Bident of Thassa. One powerful combo to mention would be Astral Dragon + Cursed Mirror where you can get out infinite 3/3 dragons with haste and most likely win from it that turn.

This was my first ever Edh deck and I feel like I have gotten it to a point where I am very happy with it. Its a really fun deck to play as it does its job of instigating other players well.
