Where to start with this deck...I guess the general, the master of card-advantage - Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur . He costs 10 but we can get there in no time, and with no problem, with the massive (and sometimes infinite) amount of mana this deck can produce. You can ramp up very quickly with Caged Sun , Doubling Cube , Extraplanar Lens , and Gauntlet of Power . There are also several ways to make infinite mana using Aphetto Alchemist , Pemmin's Aura , Clock of Omens , Tezzeret the Seeker , and (most importantly) Gilded Lotus .

What to do with all this mana? Get Jin Gitaxias out, slap some Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots on him, draw an insane amount of cards (which is especially terrifying/annoying as heck if you have Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar out).

Worried about having to discard most of those cards you draw? You've got Reliquary Tower , Venser's Journal , and the ever underrated Library of Leng to protect your hand.

What about consistency, setting up combos, and having the protection needed? Tezzeret the Seeker , Fabricate , Merchant Scroll , and Reshape do that pretty well.

Then start gaining control of the game. How so?

• You could kick Rite of Replication and target:

  • Tidespout Tryant to bounce 6 permanents every time you play a spell.

  • Platinum Emperion after you've "cheated" in Darksteel Forge with Master Transmuter , then just laugh in your opponents' faces.

• Give Lorthos, the Tidemaker a pair of boots and go on the offensive.

• Or just fully level-up Lighthouse Chronologist , slap boots on him, and make them all cry as you have infinite mana and Spell Burst in hand.

Speaking of counterspells, this is a Mono-Blue deck afterall so of course there's going to be a bunch of those. Muddle the Mixture is great because it can grab Lightning Greaves , Swiftfoot Boots , Thought Vessel , and the combo piece Aphetto Alchemist .

Turn 2 (technically turn 3) win:

Turn 1: Land, Sol Ring , Mana Vault .

Turn 2:

• Land, tap Sol Ring and Mana Vault for Gilded Lotus
• Tap the Lotus and both lands for Dream Halls .
• Use Dream Halls to cast Enter the Infinite and choose Basalt Monolith to put on top of your library.
• Use Dream Halls to cast Tezzeret the Seeker . Use Tezzeret's -X to put Monolith into play.
• Tap Monolith to cast Lightning Greaves .
• Use Dream Halls to cast Aphetto Alchemist and either Pemmin's Aura or Freed from the Real on Alchemist, then equip Greaves. That plus Gilded Lotus is infinite colored mana.
• Cast Blightsteel Colossus and Kick Rite of Replication .
• Cast Time Warp and on your next turn you'll have six Blightsteels to attack your opponents.
• Finally, cast Elixir of Immortality so you won't lose from not being able to draw next turn.

The deck has Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir , Teferi, Temporal Archmage , and Memnarch as swapable generals. Memnarch probably being the most evil.
