One of my friend's was playing a weird deck where all this stuff kept on blinking in and out. I saw it was some new guy named Brago from the Conspiracy set that was his commander. I later on asked him for a decklist after I had purchased a box of Eternal Masters and opened a Brago, King Eternal.

My build differs from his because I'm far more oppressive once the Brago engine goes online and starts connecting. Blinking out a Spine of Ish Sah and Reality Acid in a single turn can set back an opponent severely. Lavinia of the Tenth and Lyev Skyknight can also change a game in your favor.

I was rather surprised at how cheap this deck was to make. Most of the cards are from Modern Masters 2015, Eternal Masters, Commander 2013/14, and various duel decks. If you like control (with a cutesy infinite turn combo), then I would recommend trying to build something similar. I'm a bit wary of a voltron style commander, but he seems to be doing a good job. Good enough to encounter some groans at the local game shop.

The biggest concern with this deck is probably the mana base. Might invest in a Tundra which is currently 50% of the entire price of this deck in it's current form. Need to look into other lands that create {W} {U} mana and take out maybe one or two colorless utility lands.
