Hey, good upgrades so far of the precon on a budget. Nice upgrades of Guardian, Peregrine, Lavinia, Jailer, Dignitary, Reflector, Swords, Counterspell.

Brago + Strionic Resonator + Sol Ring is infinite blink by copying the combat damage to player trigger of Brago. Another budget combo is Brago + Archaeomancer + Walk the Aeons for infinite turns by repeatedly recurring Aeons with Archaeomancer. Aeons is reprinted in the newest set Time Spiral Remastered thus I expect it will fall in price a week after when the set is released, it's already down to $5 at TCGPlayer.

You can take real advantage of Brago's ability to blink some budget enchantments.

Some other budget cards to consider adding:

If interested I offer more advice including cuts to consider. Good luck with your deck.

Blue mostly just bounces enchantments. To actually get rid of them, your only options are artifacts like Meteor Golem or waiting it out with Reality Acid.

Cool deck! You might consider these: Lunar Force (this one is really cool. after its trigger goes on the stack, bounce it to your hand with venser. the opp's spell will still be countered by lunar force. it also prevents counter wars as force will counter everything on the stack while it's out), Reality Acid, Vedalken Mastermind, Erratic Portal, Kefnet's Monument, Sunken Hope, Perplexing Chimera, Mirrormade, Cloudstone Curio, Sigil Tracer, Displace, Ghostly Flicker, Equilibrium, Meteor Golem, Duplicant, Merchant Scroll

Play a full dedicated Reality Acid deck. The point is to just cast Reality Acid on their permanents, then flicker Reality Acid to get rid of them.

It’s a lot of fun.

HELLcaster19 thank you for the comment and upvote, glad that my deck showed you something new! :) Something similar happened to me way back, I did not know that card like Reality Acid existed before finding it in someone's deck and I was instantly blown away how ridiculously good it is!

Cards I like: Forge of Heroes Crystal Ball Reality Acid (really good, the combo is weird but strong)

I think we can drop: Custodi Lich Baleful Strix (It's a bit expensive even if it is good lol) Rune-Scarred Demon (Tutors are boring, also expensive)

Really like the theme of this deck.

Only criticism of the deck is maybe incorporate a strategy that can also combat strategies that can go around your Kor Hookmaster plan, such as Burn or Elves.

Against Burn I'd definitely recommend Lone Missionary , bouncing or flickering it twice or even once will probably make a Burn player scoop.

Against Elves and other Swarm decks Holy Light will help you out a lot.

Also, control or big mana decks like Tron would eat this deck alive so I'd add a way to attack their mana bases such as Spreading Seas or Reality Acid .

And you should put in Archaeomancer because of its stupid combo with Ephemerate .

I hope I have helped. Please ask any more questions if you have any. You have a great day!
