Following an unimaginably lucky pull in a Conspiracy II booster (on my birthday, no less) I decided the fates must want me to build this a***hole of a commander.However, I wanted to find a way to approach him that wouldn't involve losing all my friends.And what does everyone love? Elves, obviously. You like elves right?So in order to downplay everyone's inevitable hatred of me as a Leovold player, here is a first draft of my Elf tribal-ish Leovold-lead, handless party.This is also on the same budget as all my commanders. I must pull the commander, not buy them, and I can only spend up to 20 quid on singles that I don't have. This is why, you will notice, Ezuri, Renegade Leader is missing, as is Oracle of Mul Daya
