This Toxrill, The Corrosive Deck is a deck I am trying to get cEDH ready for my LGS. I know I am missing staple mana rocks but I am still on a budget. Advice for what other cards I could/should put in to make it more viable. The idea is to bring Toxrill out safely and timely, copy him, and reign terror on the game.
