This is a unique 0 land EDH deck. What's so special? This deck doesn't use expensive artifacts to get the first few mana drops. Instead, a few unique creatures and flashback gimmicks are used to start getting creatures out.

A "competitive" 0 land deck normally has blue to instant win using Laboratory Maniac, but instead just playing every single creature and re-shuffling your graveyard back in. This leaves 3 colors that fit perfectly into the deck: Green: Ramp and creature spawning Black: Mill and recursion Red: Ramp and creatures

How about the commander? Well, Thantis prevents opponents from building up too easily, and most of your creatures have tap abilities or are walls, letting you buff up your commander and keep your opponents from building up too well.

Hermit Druid/Balustrade Spy into Dread Return into Goblin Dark-Dwellers into Living End, then return Dread Return with Riftsweeper in case you get wiped. Then use Dukhara Scavenger to get Feldon's Cane if you don't have it, and put your non-creature spells back into your library.

Calibrated Blast or Goblin Charbelcher wins immediately

There are many other creatures and ways to cheese them out, but dredge should mill your library so quickly you should get one of those two or a tutor for them. You could probably win just using your commander and the half a deck you mill without a win con.

Starting with your deck is probably going to be the hardest part. I'd suggest mulliganing unless you get: - Elvish Spirit Guide/Chancellor of the Tangle + Dork - Simian Spirit Guide + Treasure Generator - Mox Tantalite - Mox Opal + Free Artifact - Mox Amber + Free Legendary - Lotus Petal/Lotus Bloom/Chrome Mox - Dredge 4+ card (only if you've used your mulligan(s))

I opted to not use the expensive Moxs/Mana Crypt, and try to stay ~$300, but more expensive cards would definitely improve this deck.

Abundance and Recross the Paths both never hit, causing you to flip your entire deck and put it back in any order you want. Use this as you will.
Dredge allows milling up to 6 cards per turn (no draw other than treasure generators), giving you your win cons pretty quickly. You can also cast a lot of cards from the graveyard, letting you protect yourself while you get up your win cons. While the minor dredges like Golgari Brownscale won't help too much, Golgari Grave-Troll will be worth skipping the draw for.
Treasures are just used to turn one/two mana dorks/artifacts into more mana for your commander and win cons. This deck mostly uses cantrip treasure generators like Big Score to also get free discards/draw. Prizefight can give some control, and Spiteful Reposession is huge to play in any situation. Smoke Spirits' Aid can also give great mana and damage opponents.

That's about all this deck has, but once it gets the combo out there's no way for your opponents to stop you without a well-timed counter spell.
