Ever wondered if you could play simic AND be a giant turd? Well wonder no longer!

The big takeaway with this is that the quasi-cascade on rashmi doesn't really matter. What the card functionally reads as is "when you cast your first spell each turn, draw a card"

Toss deadeye navigator onto an Avenger of zendikar. Or my personal favourite is is cast a cyclonic rift on the endstep before yours and then hit your squad with biomass mutation. No one ever sees that coming.
