The theme of this deck will be to use Halana, Kessig Ranger's bite ability, in combination with cheap desthtouch creatures and other bite and fight effects, to remove the opponents' creatures and by doing so to build up Sengir, the Dark Baron, who will try to close the deal with commander damage. To repeatedly use our commander's bite ability and to protect key pieces, we will need a lot of mana available, so we want to concentrate on ramping quickly.
