There's something about the hilarious flavor fail of not choosing the Archery mode on Choose Your Weapon in order to win using an archery deck that I just love. I think it's worth noting that, aside from Halana, Kessig Ranger, all of your archers are elves. It might be worth cutting her for another elf option. Doing so both improves the consistency of Jagged-Scar Archers and avoids the nonbo with Wildborn Preserver, although I don't see Preserver being that impactful either way. Halana does let you win without the admittedly janky flying-granting cards, so I do see the appeal, even if the 2 mana requirement might be tough to meet. For some of the weaker archers, I'd rather just have some ways to spam elf tokens to get Jagged-Scar online faster. Maybe something like Gilt-Leaf Ambush, Dwynen's Elite, Imperious Perfect, or even Sylvan Offering since this is casual. If you don't want to run any non-archers for flavor reasons though, I totally understand. Some cards that could be interesting are copiers like Panharmonicon and Strionic Resonator since this deck has a ton of triggered abilities.

Scorpions, I'm in.
Anything that gives mass trample and +P/+T is always good. Add a pile of deathtouchers, and someone is gonna break in half.

Nyx Lotus would be stupid powerful in this deck and as a game finisher Hurricane and 4 other cards that could work out well Primal Rage, Primal Surge now this card is 10 mana but your only running 6 non-permanents so you have a great chance in dumping your deck out for free. Descendants' Path is a great card basically every up keep if a hydra is on top play it for free before your draw step or it goes on the bottom. Halana, Kessig Ranger might be nasty to just blow a creature out of the way.

A card to consider, in the spirit of using a Hunters precision, Halana, Kessig Ranger as a spotter to kill off opposing minions on your way to kill the BBEG.

Ral, Izzet Viceroy and Tomik, Distinguished Advokist are in a relationship - in the two cards linked, you can even see that Ral is carrying a piece of Tomik’s white cloth and Tomik a piece of Ral’s red cloth to indicate their connection.
Oviya Pashiri, Sage Lifecrafter’s character blurb mentions how her wife died.

Whenever you exile a creature, it's controller draws a card and you gain 1 life.
I'm not entirely certain, but Livio seems to want to be built around ETB effects. Exile your own creatures, then bring them back into one massive drop; For example, Luminate Primordial would be an incredibly strong blink creature. Sure your opponents gain a ton of life, but you remove their biggest threats permanently. Additionally, as he has Partner, you can add in for something such as Woodfall Primus or Terastodon . You could even use use Meteor Golem . If you run Selesnya, you're already in extremely strong ramp territory as green loves to ramp with creatures and white loves to make creatures. Suddenly your Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun , Gaea's Cradle and Cryptolith Rite look astounding. Not to mention Circle of Dreams Druid and, if you use enchantments to protect yourself such as a Prison / Stax deck, Serra's Sanctum . There's also Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx , Nyxbloom Ancient and Mana Reflection .
Hone in the strategy with Trostani, Selesnya's Voice and similar life-gaining creatures such as Suture Priest , Soul Warden , Soul's Attendant , Angelic Chorus and Essence Warden for a massive gap between you and your opponents.
Anyway, there ya go. A skeleton for a down and dirty Selesnya deck. Go have some fun with it.
Since you are going for extreme ramp and board presence, I'd recommend Partnering with Halana, Kessig Ranger so that when they enter you can pay and have removal-on-a-stick, too.
Kodama of the East Tree would be nice but that's a trap. You'll be outed as the archenemy at the table on Turn 0. Sure you get to cheat a bunch of things into play, but that doesn't help advance your wincon. I'd rather see Halana in the Command Zone for that removal option, so that the creatures we are playing around with can get through and finish the game off quickly. You're going creature-heavy, so use them.
