There are some combos to construct for an instant win:

Vigor + Walking Ballista + Hardened Scales

Rite of Passage + Walking Ballista + Pir, Imaginative Rascal

Rite of Passage + Walking Ballista + Hardened Scales

Rite of Passage + Walking Ballista + Branching Evolution

Basically, they're all based around Walking Balista, anything that doubles up counters and then an effect that gives a counter with damage i.e. Vigor or Rite of Passage. This lets you have Balista deal damage to itself (make sure it has at least 1 toughness remaining after this) in order to put a counter or 12 on itself. Keep doing this until you have bzillion counters for infinite damage on your opponents.
