When I saw Otrimi, the Ever-Playful spoiled, I knew I wanted to make a deck based around the Mutate mechanic.

This is the first update I've done to the deck, but i'm looking for idea's for further upgrades. I want this deck to be as highly powered as possible without breaking the bank.

Any expensive cards in the deck are once I've pulled, but upgrades I doubt i'll go for more than 20-30$ per card.
