EDIT 12/2/2019: I now actually own this deck, so from now on I'm looking purely to make this deck as competitive as possible. So I need you cEDH players to help me out in making this deck a beast to play against. I think it is already pretty good as is but I need some card replacements to make it truly shine. The only restriction I have is i'm not planning on buying cards so expensive that they're like $100+ a piece. The $30-50 are fine as I can buy them over time. But yeah I need suggestions so whatever I need to take out and replace with do let me know!

An Elf deck designed to combo with Seedborn Muse effects with heavy card draw to ensure constant elf creation and damage output. If you have any suggestions let me know!
