Completely agree with twistedmage then you must run a playset of Eladamri, Lord of Leaves. Deathrite Shaman is an auto include. Dwynen's Elite is a playset must. Your mana dorks need to be there too Llanowar Elves and Elvish Mystic Dryad Arbor and Green Sun's Zenith need to be there. Heedless One could be a nice 1 or 2 of. Wellwisher i know youre already running 2 but with the playset, and elad, you should never lose. Talara's Battalion could be awfully easy to cast and nasty with your pump lords. Ezuri, Renegade Leader could end up being a pretty fast, nasty, win con for you. Basically, you add all these suggestions, and cut most of the non creature cards, and any of the creature cards that have cmc of 4 or 5 or higher.

Your current instants arent needed. If you want to run instants (you wont/shouldnt need to) but collected company would be the preferred. Also, youre running way too many lands, mono colored deck, now youll be running dorks that have hex proof, youll be fine running 15-18 lands. So enjoy the extra deck space for more face beaters. My personal recommendation based off of your requirements is Elf Tribal with either Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury or Ezuri, Renegade Leader. Elf Tribal is certainly aggro and the decks normally do not rely on combo or artifacts. As for synergies and engines I mean come on. Elves synergy is stupid and they have many engines like: Elvish Archdruid, Wellwisher, Priest of Titania, Heedless One, Eladamri, Lord of Leaves. AND Elves can EASILY be built on a budget. They are without a doubt a very fun and aggro tribe to play with.

The following are cards you should cut:Nissa Revane: this card is very bad, and it is only remotely playable alongside Nissa's Chosen. Life gain is pretty shitty in every matchup except storm and burn, and this card being four mana is just not worth it most of the time.Essence Warden: see the argument against nissa.Prism Ring:see above.Heedless One: big creatures aren't great in elves, which is typically a go wide strategy which would only be hampered by the addition of an expensive fattie that dies to removal. One of modern elves' biggest strengths is resilience to spot removal due to its swarm of little dudes, and this card goes against that completely.Might of the Masses: The above argument applies to this too, and might opens you up to too many 2 for 1s.Temple of Malady: Temples are far too slow for a deck trying to deploy dorks on turn 1. The scry is also usually not great since you get to see so much of your deck with Collected Company and Elvish Visionary. I would consider 4 Gilt-Leaf Palace or Overgrown Tomb instead as they are faster and more consistent.

I would consider playing 2 of either Chord of Calling or Eldritch Evolution as they would be very good while you are comboing off. Speaking of comboing off, your deck doesn't seem to be able to do so due to the lack of Heritage Druid, and to a lesser extent Nettle Sentinel. This 2 card combo( or just Druid alone) can allow you to power out your entire hand in a turn easily to just take over the game. I would not be opposed to 1-2 Ezuri, Renegade Leader either, as he can regenerate archdruids or pump your team.I'm not saying your deck is bad, I'm just saying elves in modern has so much explosive potential and I feel you aren't abusing it as much as you could be.

Joraga Warcaller and Fauna Shaman are always nice, especially with Immaculate Magistrate. You also can try out Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen, Timberwatch Elf, Jagged-Scar Archers, Wirewood Lodge, Copperhorn Scout, Skyshroud Poacher, Heedless One, and Mul Daya Channelers if you want.

Paradox Engine and Door of Destinies also seem as if they will work out really well here as well.

This may just be because I played Onslaught as a kid but I always think of the following cards when I think of tribes: Heedless One, Reckless One, Nameless One, Doubtless One, and Soulless One.

Zombies, elves, and goblins are almost definitely going to be made into decks and wizards is a fairly popular tribe so it's definitely possible. If they were following this theme then it's very likely they dropped it to 4 decks just because cleric tribal isn't incredibly popular. To be honest, I don't really want to see any of these tribes being represented in Commander 2017 seeing as there's already so much available for building around these tribes, although that's just more of a reason for Wizards to use them.

Hey bud, The deck overall looks fairly fun to pilot, but i think it may run into some small issues. The "Tap" Theme is always one i have been super interested in. In fact, I have built a hand full of tap decks myself. I think your issue is, neither of you generals tap themselves. Therefore more slots need to be dedicated to finding the true commander of your deck Priest of Titania, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, Wirewood Channeler, and Elvish Archdruid. You might have enough redundancy to find at least 1-2 per game, but if you lose one or unfortunately don't draw one, you might have a few dead cards in hand. I think with the heavy investment in tap, you should either consider creature tutors, or big draw (which has synergism with your mana).

As for the removal / fog i recommended to cut. They are ok, but if you are able. I would much rather use a repeatable one like Constant Mists or Forbid.

Regardless what you do, i am sure it will be awesome though!
