A mono black commander deck with Vilis, Broker of Blood. It is slightly demon tribal but it really focuses on Vilis' ability of drawing cards when you lose life. So anything that makes you pay life, especially if it's helpful, is included in this deck. You just have to be very careful to not kill yourself in the process.
