To understand this deck you must first understand this song.

Actually, this song has nothing to do with this deck, I just like sharing it because it's awesome.

Plus Xira is not a butterfly but her flavour text does say how she frequently attends balls & is known for changing her appearance constantly.

This gave me an idea for building a deck around masks, music, dancers and things not being as they appear. So I build a morph deck that hides behind a land and card draw group hug deck, which comes out of nowhere to hit opponents with the like of Krosan Cloudscraper & Xenagos, God of Revels or steal creatures with an indestructible Soul Collector or unblockable Bone Dancer .

The deck also uses Illusionary Mask to hide creatures and confuse opponents, whilst you ply them with card draw and lands as you play the political game.
