At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a verse counter on Vile Requiem.
(1)(Black), Sacrifice Vile Requiem: Destroy up to X target nonblack creatures, where X is the number of verse counters on Vile Requiem. They can't be regenerated.

Sounds good! I have a few suggestions... this is always the hard part of deck building xD
Let's first go through and look at things that are not pertaining to your two win conditions, (Prossh or devour creatures)
We could take out Charnelhoard Wurm because it really doesn't help you out that much. All the creatures you sacrifice now (as opposed to the original deck list) are going to be tokens so you really don't need to much recursion. If a creature dies, just move along! Same thing with Hua Tuo, Honored Physician, Sek'Kuar, Deathkeeper (as far as the whole "you aren't sacrificing non tokens" thing)
maybe take out Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder, I just feel like you can do much much better with a token creation engine. The sacrifice thing kinda turns me off to it.
Hellkite Hatchling is a bit underwhelming for a devour creature.
Ophiomancer is a very fun card but is just slowing you down.
Shattergang Brothers is just not quite good imo. You aren't going to sacrifice anything else but a creature except on very rare occasion.
Quagmire Druid is not bad, but is a slot taken up in your deck. Keep it close by just in case you need more enchantment removal.
Smothering Abomination is good in a vacuum but I feel like if you get it out.. that you'll find its hard to have things to sacrifice at the beginning of your upkeep as you fuel devour and prossh.
Foster I think is going to skip over some of your token producer cards.. and we don't want that happening xD
Vile Requiem is really really slow removal.
Hunter's Prowess because I think you are going to draw WAAAAAY too many cards off of that and not be able to hold on to them.

Thanks very much for the feedback, I've since modified the deck a little bit to include more zombies so I wanna keep the mini tribal theme in there for now.
Whilst this isn't "budget" as such I'm trying to avoid any overly oppressive cards, I have a pretty casual playgroup and cards like Phyrexian Obliterator are a bit too extreme (it's also why Oath of Liliana is in here over Vile Requiem, I've tried to include as many "Liliana" cards as possible).
May have to look into Vengeful Dead, Cemetery Reaper and Scourge of Nel Toth as they both seem very much on theme with what I want to be doing, originally had Whip of Erebos in and might add it back just to give the deck a little more sustain.
Have taken out Shimmering Grotto and Cascading Cataracts, was gonna keep them in just in case I reanimated a creature with off-colour activated abilities, but just having the creature is usually good enough.
Thanks again for your help, I'm gonna keep tinkering away at this deck whilst I still grab a lot of the essential components (who'd have thought a mono-colour mana base would be a pain to build? :P)

With only 7 zombies in the deck and very few ways to make them, I would remove Undead Warchief, Soulless One, Lord of the Accursed, Gravecrawler only 7 zombies hard to bring back, Oath of Liliana,Relentless Dead (maby)
Or you can just add more zombies. to make the cards worth it.

Suggestions for your mana base:
Bad Moon, Eternal Thirst, and Lashwrithe are fine cards but your creatures are already so huge, I don't think you need them. I would just add more ramp instead: Ashnod's Altar (also serves as a sacrifice outlet), Caged Sun, and Expedition Map (to find Cabal Coffers).
Suggestions for draw and card advantage:
It seems like a great win condition is the interaction between your Commander and Maralen of the Mornsong so I recommend more tutor and dark spells to get the combo out. Maybe switch out: Cremate, Sanguine Bond, Unholy Hunger, Abyssal Persecutor, Visions of Brutality, and Vile Requiem for Night's Whisper, Dark Petition, Behold the Beyond, Ambition's Cost, Beseech the Queen and Viscera Seer.
Suggestions for removal spells:
Several of your removal spells cost alot of mana. To the Slaughter, Reach of Shadows, In Garruk's Wake, Dregs of Sorrow, and Annihilate could be replaced with Diabolic Edict, Hero's Downfall, Killing Wave, Malicious Affliction, and Grave Pact.

Ok for 2 platers you can afford to get a bit more aggressive. This may sound obvious but you are going to want to unload the 20 damage you need to win as quickly as possible. To that end there are 2 things to keep in mind:
1) keep cmc low: cards like Grave Betrayal are nice but at 7 mana your opponents life total should be relatively low and you would rather have direct damage or more creatures to finish them off. Cards like Vile Requiem that arent useful into late game are also iffy
2) your life total is irrelavent. The longer the game goes on the less likely aggressive decks will win. As such don't fell bad about paying some life.
here are cheap creatures to beat face with: Carnophage, Diregraf Ghoul, Firedrinker Satyr, Goblin Guide, Jackal Pup, Vampire Lacerator, Rakdos Cackler, Ash Zealot, Bloodghast, Blood Scrivener, Crimson Muckwader, Dark Confidant, Dauthi Slayer, Hellspark Elemental, Keldon Marauders, Rakdos Shred-Freak,Spike Jester, Young Pyromancer, Shambling Remains, Hell's Thunder, Anathemancer. I'm not saying you need to include all those cards but cards like that are nice. I's worth noting that they are efficient for their mana cost which is where aggressive decks want to be. The game plan can be attacking with cheap creatures and finishing them off with burn.
This means you want your lands to be able to come in untapped. assuming you don't want to buy a Badlands, there are still other lands that can tap for both colors and come in utapped like Blood Crypt, Dragonskull Summit, Blackcleave Cliffs, Sulfurous Springs. If you have in your deck the fetchlands (Bloodstained Mire/Polluted Delta/Wooded Foothills/Verdant Catacombs/Marsh Flats/Arid Mesa/Scalding Tarn) you can always fetch for your one-of blood crypt.
Burst Lightning is a strictly better shock.
Sorry if this was long but I hope this helped. I think your deck is a good start but just needs to be a bit faster.
