Mono black sacrifice. I usually have some sort of draw or token engine going so Yahenni can get big, opponents can't keep many creatures on board, I have a handful of cards, and can answer most threats. Haven't played against hard control yet, but notice I am a bit slow to get online sometimes, but Yahenni can be VERY explosive. It's not unheard of to go from a very little board to a 75/75 Yahenni and killing at least one other person. Deck does OK in 1v1 and really shines in multiplayer. I would say that I win close to 33% if not more of my multiplayer games. Any suggestions will be read and considered. At home, I play against Atraxa superfriends and a Mimeoplasm deck. Both do well against this deck as superfriends runs almost no creatures, and Mimeoplasm can just keep exiling creatures from my graveyard that are essential. I also can't really defend a lot of my none yahenni permanents.
