An attepmt at a Kess deck. It's considered a budget since many Kess decks seem to be over $100. The strategy is mostly to take advantage of casing sorceries and instants from the graveyard and also casting them to trigger abilities.

Update 1/8/19 - This deck is now becoming more of a mill deck. While there are other things in play, mill will be the most effective move. I'm going to update this someday.

Descriptions of Custom Categories

Mana

All these cards tap for mana in some way be it artifacts, lands, enchantments, or sorceries.

Spawn

Typically these cards are ones that spawn tokens of some sort. Often they spawn when casting spells or only sorceries or instances. This is really nice since you get a bunch of tokens to become blockers. Since you can copy sorceries or instants you can use that to create even more tokens! Metallurgic Summonings is nice since you can get tokens each time you cast sorceries or instances.

Health

These are ones that regain health over time or instantly. They're helpful to use and then use Aetherflux Reservoir to kill someone.

Draw

These cards let you draw more and more cards. These are useful when you don't have a hand that you can use yet or want to use as well. These can often be cast from the graveyard as well so you can draw even more cards!

Boardwipe

These cards are often ones that do massive amounts of damage or clear the board(s). They often leave your opponent having to recast or sacrifice a bunch of cards. If Grave Betrayal is out then you can get those cards back under your control.

Control

These nifty cards are used to gain control of an opponent's creature. They also can gain control of an opponent's sorceries and instants as well.

FreeCards

These cards allow you to cast cards without casting the mana cost (thus free). Some of these cards can be also put under the "Control" category since they give you free cards from a opponent's library.

Counterspell

Pretty self-explanatory. These are used to counter opponent spells in case you don't want them to cast something in particular.

Copy

These copy instances and sorceries specifically. You can often redirect the sorceries or instances as well.
