This is a deck that I have always found very fun to play. The idea is to get Evelyn {UB}{B}{BR}down asap, and start taking advantage of the value your commander gives you every time you play a vampire. So I decided to go for a strategy with very cheap mana vampires (most of them). I added cards that allow me to play at flash speed, to be able to play more exiled cards (Evelyn says, one each turn). There is also a pack of blink cards, to trigger Evelyn even if we don't have vampires in hand (sometimes you can dodge a removal too). Almost every vampire in the deck has an etb, so you can abuse your blinking effect a lot more. The idea is not to attack with your vampires, because many of them are small and they do better gradually draining your opponents lifetotal.

Basically this deck is very versatile because it adjusts to the power level of the opponents. You always have a full hand, because you'd rather play exiled cards with Evelyn than from your hand.

PS: If the situation gets too desperate, you can use Ghostly Flicker or Displace, combined with Dualcaster Mage and any vampire with an interesting ETB: Evelyn, Voldaren Epicure, Malakir Blood-Priest, Malakir Bloodwitch to win you the game with infinite ETBs.
