Yes, this will work, you just have to be specific about what order the triggers are being put onto the stack.
When multiple triggered abilities (start with "when/whenever/at") are trying to go onto the stack at the same time, first the active player (the player whose turn it is) puts their triggers onto the stack in the order of their choice, then the next player in turn order puts their triggers onto the stack on top of those, and so on around the table. In this example you can order your triggers such that the triggered ability granted by Feign Death is on top of the stack and resolves first, so Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin will be back on the battlefield when The Meathook Massacre's triggers start resolving.
This answer and explanation assume you control both Ob Nixilis and the Massacre. If you're in a game with more than 2 players and different players control Ob Nixilis and Massacre then the exact result will depend on whose turn it is and who goes after who in turn order. You can use the procedure explained above for how to put triggers on the stack to figure out what happens.

I’m assuming Ob wouldn’t trigger multiple times in this scenario since he’d technically already be dead once The Meathook Massacre resolves, but I figured I’d ask anyway. I was just thinking about it and wondered Maybe Feign Death could get him to trigger for each of my other creatures dying? Thanks for the clarification

The 4 copies of Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger feels like too many, i wouldn’t think you’d want more than 2 in a deck.
24 lands also feels like a lot here. Its probably fine if you’re really wanting to hardcast the Fury/Grief, but really you could get away with 22.
Have you considered adding in some amount of Feign Death and/or Undying Malice so that you can make full use of the Fury/Grief also?

- Disciple of Deceit This seems to have anti-synergy with Ninjutsu. Since you return an attacker, you are not going to untap it. Overall people seem to overestimate this card. It looks like a tutor, but it's rather quite bad.
- Inkrise Infiltrator, Vedalken Infiltrator Power one for two mana mana is not worth it.
- Kotose, the Silent Spider This costs too much for a 4/4 with no evasion and no immediate board effect.
- Okiba Reckoner Raid Flip At the start of the game, you can't use it as an attacker. In late game, Menace is not that effective. Overall Changeling Outcast is a more reliable creature for one black mana, and even that isn't exactly a premium card.
- Twisted Embrace 4 mana is too much for this.
Other cards to add:
- Shriekmaw - At worst it's a mediocre 2 mana sorcery removal spell, which is not bad. In longer game, you'll get a 3/2 unblockable create to close the game, which further works with nunjutsu. If you can manage to evoke it with Feign Death or Undying Evil...
- Baleful Strix This is a two mana removal which draws a card. And with Ninjutsu, it you can draw additional card.
- Siren Stormtamer This is an early ninjutsu enabler, which also protects your better creatures. Unlike say Negate, it can also proactively attack.
- Sleeper's Robe Ensures unblockability of your ninjas with a card advatage just for 2 mana.
- Clearwater Pathway Flip Yet another untapped dual land.

Remember that you are an aggro deck. As such, you want to lower your mana curve. You don't want to give up on card advantage, but you are willing to ignore life gain and pay some life instead.
- Bone Splinters. March of Wretched Sorrow These are card disadvantage. Try Dismember and Fatal Push. Notice that it mentions "permanent left the battlefield". This works well with your ninjutsu.
- Soul Transfer. You have no chance to control both an artifact and enchantment. If you want to destroy planeswalkers, go with Hero's Downfall.
- Assimilate Essence and Scatter Ray. Playing counterspells that hit just creatures is bad if you are playing black. Either play an universal counterspell such as Mana Leak, or play direct removal which can hit creatures that are already on the battlefield.
- Battle-Rage Blessing and Return to Action. Search for a 1 mana alternative with an unside, such as Feign Death, Undying Evil or Slip Out the Back
- Collective Nightmare, Anoint with Affliction and You Are Already Dead. These are garbage. Play any of the good 2 mana black instant removals, such as Cast Down, Doom Blade, Go for the Throat, Infernal Grasp, Ultimate Price, Power Word Kill, Heartless Act
- Ertai's Scorn, Extinguish the Light, Debt to the Kami. These are somewhat a little too expensive. You are an aggro deck, so play more tempo oriented cards. Try something from Remand, Memory Lapse, Undermine, Clawing Torment.

I see two regenerate cards but they don't work too good with what you are trying to do. I'd consider Undying Evil and Feign Death instead.
For Rakdos blink stuff the only suitable card for your strategy that comes to mind is Golden Argosy but it will blink your commander before combat damage it dealt, meaning he won't proc of your stuff dying while attacking. Nim Deathmantle could work too I suppose but it is more mana intensive.
BTW I'm curious why does the list run Ad Nauseam and Doomsday?
