This is a super fun semi-budget (many of the more expensive cards are not mandatory for the deck's success) EDH deck with Lazav, Dimir Mastermind as commander.

The deck is designed to be pretty resilient with multiple wincons:

Mill Combo outs (mindcrank + duskmantle guildmage or bloodchief ascension, tunnel vision + spin into myth or hinder, and lesser combos like archaeomancer/scrivener + mind grind)

Lazav copies a huge dude and win by general damage

Steal big things out of everyones decks and create some sort of lock
