Self-inflicted pain is the name of the game here; deck has a nice soldier tribal aspect to it as well, and CAN work without Darien if he gets the occasional tuck.

Debating on a bit more mana rocks to see if I can't get him out faster, but torn since I have no clue what else to cut. I want the durdley stuff like Armageddon Clock to stay just because I like the silliness of it.
