I got the Kaalia commander pre-con and was immediately displeased with the entire deck. It was the only one that didn't have green mana acceleration OR blue draw, but they didn't make up for it in artifact draw or mana accel. In fact, they seemed to give Heavenly Inferno less than the other decks that didn't need it (it only came with one vivid land, when Riku came with all three).

In any case, I was disenchanted with the deck even after I switched it to Tariel and made changes, so I took out the parts I liked: the Dragons. I started with the dragons from the deck, with Bladewing as the general, of course, and scrounged through my old cards for more. A recent trip to GenCon and lots of trading gave me a lot more dragons to work with, but the dragons are the easy part. It's the rest of the deck that may need some work, so status is "still being altered", but it's a fun deck to play.
