Talrand. Blue, control the board as you build your own massive board state. Take extra turns, ramp like crazy, polymorph a drake to get your other creatures out and possibly palinchron to go infinite and stroke/blue suns people to death. or hit with your drakes.

Deck is played focused on your mana doublers, when you have them you go off pretty often. Lots of really good artifacts.
