Xantcha gives and takes in equal measure, so if you can be sure that she is taking from players other than you, then she is a powerful commander. Pillow fort, donate, and punish. Make sure that opponents are incentivized to swing at someone other than you with rattlesnakes and curses. Give opponents permanents that benefit them in some ways, but will ultimately kill them. Close out the game by taxing players for drawing and tapping mana, all the while making big mana to drain opponents with Xantcha and draw into your nasty donation kill combos. The dream is to donate a card that says "when there are no cards in your graveyard you lose the game", and then exile their graveyard. Enjoy this deck while you can, because you probably won't be invited back...
